PorchBox Pumpkin Seeds

Get in the Halloween spirit with our favorite recipe for pumpkin seeds. Sweet, spiced, and everything nice.

Ingredients

1.5 cups raw pumpkin seeds

3 Tbs Olive Oil

1 tsp. of salt

2 tsp. of brown sugar

1 tsp. of cinnamon

1 tsp. of nutmeg

1 tsp. of garlic powder

1 tsp. of paprika

Instructions

Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.

Rinse pumpkin seeds and discard of any pulp. Shake in a colander to dry.

Spread the seeds in a single layer on an oiled baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes to dry them out. Alternatively, let dry overnight.

Toss with the olive oil and spices. Bake for 20 minutes until crisp and golden. Add extra salt or seasonings to your liking.
