Pulled Pork

My absolute favorite way of repurposing pulled pork is using it in a “Cuban Sandwich”.

I toast some bread and add hot pulled pork, slices of ham, swiss cheese, pickles, mayonnaise, and mustard. If you have any leftover green or white sauce, that would be great inside too!

I also love making tacos from them and add just anything I have at home— cabbage, lettuce, salsa, cheese, onions, corn, or truly anything. Any of the sauces in the box pair with the pork, but the pineapple hot sauce from Mago is great because the pork is pretty rich and the sauce is hot and tangy. Buy some next time you stop by our restaurant.

Pulled Pork is so versatile! It also reheats easy; you can microwave, sauté, airfry, or bake to reheat your pork.

It’s always good cold too, in a sandwich, salad, etc.

Mac and Cheese

Honestly, Mac and Cheese doesn’t reheat well, but if you have leftovers, bring some milk or cream to a boil. Then add your macaroni and stir it in vigorously. To thin it out, add water to the pan and just keep stirring— trust us on this!

Top with anything- green onions, bacon, breadcrumbs, more cheese, anything!

Cornbread

Cornbread can be reheated easily— just bake or microwave it for 30 seconds.

Another great way to use leftovers is making croutons! You can cut them into squares and toast in a pan, or bake them at 350F until crispy.

Now you have cornbread croutons to throw on salad!

Or, if you have enough, make a Cornbread Stuffing for Thanksgiving.
